The Age of Rebirth began on June 1st, 2018 after the 31days31griefs event, when Jared2013 announced that the next period would be known as "The Rebirth" of 2b2t. So far the Period has included a few major lag events, 2 Youtubers and the server reaching 50,000 days old. The era is also appearing to be ironic in name due to a continuation of destruction with the griefs of Boedecken and Block Game Mecca and the leaking of several bases due to recent drama with the Museum.

 End of 31day31griefs 
In late May, rumors begin to circulate that the server has been backdoored, due to many other major bases being griefed in addition to Empire's Edge, none of which had been discovered or made public to anyone's knowledge. It was revealed that Jared2013 was responsible, and as he griefed one base every day for the whole month of May, the event becomes known as 31days31griefs. After nearly every major group base on the server is destroyed, Jared says he will no longer grief anymore bases as part of the event and says this new period will be "The Rebirth" of 2b2t.
 Block Game Mecca Grief/Beardler Drama 
Block Game Mecca was the largest base in the history of 2b2t. It was built in secrecy for a long time until it was griefed by Beardler, an admin of the 2b2t museum. The suspicions about the 2b2t museum from Boedecken's grief were true and it was not jared2013 but Beardler. Beardler also was caught mishandling IP addresses of players who had logged into the museum (jared2013). He said he grefied it to steal items that he wanted in his own personal museum, that he regretted his actions, and that he would take a three month break from the server as a result.  
 Resurfacing of 32k items 
Near the end of June 2018 rumors began that 32k level items were "back" on the server. They of course had been there the whole time, just unusable due to Hausemaster's plugins. They currently are working and spreading very quickly. The player AlphaComputer is selling them on the server to anyone who wants to purchase them. If these weapons keep spreading at this rate it is likely there will be major conflict between players and teams.
